I've managed to teach myself a lot through some trial and error, and I'm pretty sure I've reached the expert level on how to live [my] life. I could write a book about it but I won't. Instead, I'll write the less boring, and much shorter version.
Be fearless. I don't care what the fear is. Fear of commitment, fear of failure, fear of loss, whatever. Letting fear stop you from doing whatever it is you want to do is the worst. It's all about mind over matter. If you can see yourself doing something, do it. Glass ceilings don't just get lifted, anyway. You have to break through them. (The glass ceiling being your fears.. in case you missed that.)
Know yourself. The best part about this is that if you know yourself, nobody can really tell you sh*t! Negative comments totally fly right over your head and then all your haters are just like :( ... Lol, haters.
Eat good food. Science lesson: food and emotions are related. Food can make you happy, and a lack of certain foods can make you sad. Happiness is actually one of the ingredients in a Chipotle burrito bowl. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
Think positive. How could you hate Monday? It's one day closer to Friday. (See what I did there?)
